Update
Requested by devsims91, I have added a downtown version of this neighborhood. This uses MeetMe shopping district without Townies and NPCs version. If you guys want it then I could make a 2nd downtown version that has the Belladonna Cove townies as downtownies. This version uses the broken Maxis neighborhood stories as my fixed version doesn't work for whatever reason. (You should not attach both the Maxis downtown and this one to a neighborhood as having multiple downtowns in a neighborhood causes issues)

When playing Belladonna Cove you probably noticed how all (but one) of the families are stupidly rich. Even the families that are clearly meant to be poor (like Jessica and the Cho family) have more than 10k. Not only do these inflated family funds make no sense but also most players want to have some challenge in their game and rich families are way less challenging. Thankfully, one of the things you can edit in SimPE is family funds. So in this version I have gone through and made all (but one) of the family funds much lower and much more reasonable. I kept how some families are richer than others but universally the families have less money. I also did the same thing to the magic stealth hoods families as they also have too much money.

List of every family with their original family funds and their new lowered family funds.

The different versions.
The original Maxis Version is the BellaDonna Cove that ships with the game. The Carrit version is their Belladonna Cove - Family Trees repaired with the broken family trees fixed and the magic stealth hood attached. Next is the MeetMe version in 4 flavors. There is a main hood version and a shopping district version and each of those get a version with townies and NPCs and a version without Townies and NPCs. Finally is the Magic Stealth Hood in 3 flavors. The original that ships with the game, the MeetMe clean version, and the families put in a shopping district.

Version Compatibility
All versions but the Maxis Original require Mansion & Garden Stuff

A few thing to note:
*Jessica is not moved into her apartment in the clean template, So she is given an extra 3k in that version so she can afford the deposit.
*In all versions I fixed the Townies and NPCs that use broken face templates.
*In all versions expect the Maxis Original I added the 2 fixes MeetMe missed from my with Townies and NPCs versions which are the fixes for the Cleveland family bio and the neighborhood stories.
*I made some fixes to the Magic stealth where I ran it through hood checker, fixed broken face templates, and the hidden social group townie (Lee Rusewicz) has been moved to the townie family. These fixes also apply to the Carrit version.
