1937 Woodland Road

This here house is a new design I thought I would share with you. I got Nightlife for Christmas and used the same floorplan that I had uploaded a couple of weeks ago but redid the whole outside, new roof design and updated the design for Nightlife. This house is on a 5X3 lot and comes fully furnished. The cost on the house is $232,421. The house features:

A 2 Car Unattached Garage
Kitchen/Dining Room Combo
Living Room
2 Bedrooms
Master Bedroom
Master Bathroom w/ Seperate Dressing and Utility areas
Bathroom
Entrance Foyer
Rear Deck
Large Front Porch
Rear Swimming pool / Semi-Private Hottub

All items in the house are Maxis and the lot has been cleaned with clean installer. I really hope you all like the updated lot and enjoy it. Ill be working on a few more in the next couple days depending on how they come out I'll share with all of you. Again enjoy.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
