This house requires nightlife.


A large lot for a sim family with lots of simoleans.
This home was made on a 5x5 lot. It costs $233193.

2 bathroom ground floor.

One Jacuzzi room on ground floor,

A split level spiral stair case,
Double garage,
lightly furnished,
Barn Conversion large enough to hold a bowling ally,
An interesting shaped pool with a bridge that sims can pass under,
Includes a small gazebo with a swing inside,
Extensive range of colourful garden plants with hidden garden lighting,
large garden pond.

This is my first lot upload. And it is also my first attempt at creating and using a arched wall. The pool was supposed to be a pond for the sims to swim in but I couldn’t get the effect right so I left it as a unusual shaped swimming pool.
