Basegame Colonial Victorian with Walkout Basement

This house is patterened after a real house, designed for a narrow lot. It features a walkout basment and Victorian features like the bay window and wrap around porches. It plays well for up to about 5 sims, then one starts to really need another tub (the house has 2-2/2 baths). The real house has a fireplace in the livingroom across from the entry door, but there I cannot afford it in this starter. This is one of my favorite starter houses to play. The dining room looks small, but my sims negotiate it well. I am not sure if basegame sims will do so well, but I have used versions of this house a LONG time.

The house is furnished for 1 or 2. There is room for a driveway on the right. There is room for quite a bit of yard stuff on the right as the house is squeezed to the left of the lot.
