A Second Chance Home for Teens

If you're a teen that needs to get away from the bad environment that you are caught up in, or simply need a place to stay for awhile, The Second Chance Home for Teens is the safe haven that you need.

Although it may look grungy and dirty from the outside, all that you will find inside is love and a great future. When you first walk up the stairs, you will find a covered entry typical of city homes. Open the doors and you will be in the main hallway of the home, the gateway to the rest of the sanctuary. The guest bathroom will be right on your right, but the hallways also leads to the large kitchen with all of the appliances and counter space that you will ever need. The dining hall is right there as well, and will seat 12 teens in addition to 1 toddler. The rec room is across the hall, and is the fun hub of the home. A TV, plenty of seating, and a "Don't Wake the Llama" table can be found here, along with a bookshelf and a chess table. The rec room also provides access to the outdoor area, which features a swingset, a "Myshuno" game station, a grill with patio seating, and a basketball hoop.

Back inside, the access to the second story can be found once again in the hallway. The second floor landing leads you to the lounge, the heart of the second floor. The study is the first door, which holds the objects needed for every skill, plus a desk for homework. Next, the "boys only" door leads to the boy's dorm, with a total of 6 beds. Each bed, with exception of the "little brother bunk", has its own little separated area by means of a glass inlayed wall. This leaves room for individualization. Posters on the wall or glass walls *(using moveobjects on)*, varying bedspreads, and empty table space are all opportunities for individual expression. This can also be carried over to the girl's dorm, where the layout is very similar with a little bit of a feminine touch. Each dorm also features a bathroom, with a sink and two toilet stalls. The shower room is located right off of the toilet area, and each dorm has three showers.

And although the teens are the main focus here, the director of the home needs a little something to call his own as well. An owner's apartment area can be located off of the rec room, and includes not only a bedroom with a double bed, but also a full master bathroom with double sinks. Another unique feature of this house is that the business office with a computer and desk is attached to the master bedroom, as well as the rec room for optimal convenience.

And because we know that the owner of the apartment also has "back-to-school" gear to buy for the teens, we made sure that we gave the best deal possible on price. The whole thing, fully furnished, can be purchased for under $100,000! What a deal, and nothing was sacrificed!

We hope that you enjoy your new home, the urban building with a sacred heart, The Second Chance Home for Teens!

Enjoy!
