DUH! CONDOMINIUM, is basically a four door, sufficiently-sized, fully furnished apartment complex, made on a small 2x3 lot. Each unit has its own floor, with clearly defined areas for the kitchen, dinning and living rooms. Except for the ground level one, all have three bedrooms, one shared bathroom and a usable terrace. Three floors have ledges which can be used for fake plastic plants (as long as you place them before moving in a sim), and the recreation & socialization areas can be found on the first floor. Rent ranges from 2,059 - 2,676 simoleans.

It attracts mostly bohemians, sporty, and tech sims (at least in my game it does).

Note: I made this with the following ep's & sp's installed: Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life, and the Kitchen & Bath stuff pack, but tweaked it a little bit (deleted some gardening plants I previously placed on the ledge, after realizing that I would end up with a whiny landlord who won't be able to water the plants on an inaccessible area - use fake plants instead) after installing Uni, Nightlife, Celebration, and H & M stuff pack before uploading it here.
