Hello and welcome!

Not so long ago my sister and I were on a road trip and while we were staying in one of the cities on our route we took a ship cruise (it was amazing btw thanks). While I was sitting there, enjoying the warm sun and pleasant breeze, I noticed this:

It looked quite intriguing so I did some research and found out it's an old mill that was built in 1906 and was abandoned relatively not so long ago.

What a nice thing to recreate in ts2, right?
Now, about the build:

First: it's a beach lot, because, as seen in the pic above, the irl mill has a pier.

Second: It's full loaded with CC and I'm gonna be honest, I'm not best at combining CC with with the og game stuff so some moments might look weird. Plus the main reason I used custom content was because this build is quite big and ts2 doesn't really have much items that fit the grunge/abandoned aesthetic. I didn't really want to leave the place empty, so I commited a raid on Kativip's forum, quickly took a couple sets I found handy, and (mostly randomly) placed stuff around so it would look nicer.

Now, since the custom content it NOT included, here is the list of stuff you're gonna need for this build:

MTS:
Guatla's Demolition Set

Kativip:
Industrial Constructions
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
SH conversion
METRO
Drops of Silence - Objects

Sending all my love to Kativip bc years may pass, but I will never stop being amazed by how good their stuff is <3

The lot price is 141.311, the size is 40x60.

UPDATE

Added a CC free version in case anyone wants one.

It's entirely unfurnished, aside from some basic decor, and costs 97.975.

Have a nice one!
