For my first post, I decided to start small by renovating the Papyrus Memorial Library from Sunset Valley. Only 2 CCs were used on this lot, both of which are Donators' gifts, exclusive downloads for ATS3 donors/Patreons. This is not included in the rar or Package file, you can visit ATS3 site if you are interested to include it in this lot Click Here.
However, you can replace them with your own coffee machine in the game.
