Lot Features:
I was about to write that I'm back with another renovation, but then I realized that this build (and probably all my previous residential builds) is more of a remake already, considering the alterations I've made to the original design. I had to search for the distinction between renovation and remodeling, and it seems to lean more towards the latter.

Anyways, this is a remake of a residential lot from Sunset Valley, once known as Sur La Page and owned by Gobias Koffi. This lot was previously described as a ’Modern living at the beach’ thus I stuck to a modern beach house design with plenty of large windows and a coastal interior style featuring lighter tones of blue, green and beige. If you spot a pink accent somewhere in the house, it’s because it’s Koffi’s favorite color so I’ve added it sparingly.

This lot is base game compatible, so no expansion packs were used. It’s a fully furnished house ideal for a single Sim featuring one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a powder room, a spacious living room, a kitchen dining area, a carport and a backyard with a small garden and pool.

With Gobias Koffi having 133,985 in family funds, he’ll be able to comfortably afford this house if you decide to place him here.

All my content lots are in the form of package files (.package).
