This is my first attempt so be nice.
The lot is small so it does slow the game at all.
It has 6 individual dorms, like little houses, all with bathroom, 1 bed, 1 desk and 1 bookcase.
It's like the sims live in their own houses...apartments.
The lot also has one place for them to eat, little but better if I want my sims to be alltogether.
One place to watch TV, write term papers or listen to music.
And last one place to "buy"*clothes, magazines etc., also small.

*I used the shop at home collection from sara http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=48729
You put it in the collection folder and sims can buy things from their homes
It is a great job.
Everything else (content) is from the original game.
