Hi guys. I'm back with another lot...I've been having so much fun with lots lately.
This lot was intended to work with simLogical school items. I haven't included them in the lot, but you can get them at simlogical.
The lot has 3 floors. It only has space for 4 big classrooms. This is because at St.Greys our staff serve the kids...Sims remain in one class for the whole day, the staff rotate and in doing so it can keep track off all pupils, keeping them from wondering off, distractions and even bunking their classes!

Well now you can finally understand why, as the headmaster of St.Grey's takes a personal interest in each household, background and family of each new member at our private school. We only strive for the best, as we believe education starts at home in a well maintained household with a loving family who has their child’s financial futures at heart. So that's why St.Greys has been rated the best private high school in Pleasantview!

We strive for only excellence in every aspect of your child’s well being. In academics, sports, arts and drama, and even music. Our status is well balanced by our outstanding pass results for both grade 11 and 12. Pupils will benefit from our courses as we prepare them for their futures and ensure that they will achieve their University Degrees! Wealth is another area of our focus. As we continue to instil the basics of economic methods, entrepreneurial skills and financial planning, our students will develop into motivated business visionaries.
Our Background:
St.Greys Private School originated in the Prestige town of Veronaville just north of Pleasantview. Mr and Mrs Grey believed that education was the most vital key to any successful future and so they set out to prove it to the world. The idea for private education at a price only made sense as they could employ specialised teachers, give extra attention to each child and create a save, yet future driven school for most of SimNations most important politics, delegates, vip's and even the mayor. In time they left Veronaville in search for greater opportunities. They found a small village just off the coast of Crystal Springs, SimCity. A place called Pleasanetview where they settled down and built an outstanding school for even the lowest social standing vips. The business has been doing ever so well, and after Mr Grey's recent retirement, has given over his role of headmaster to their only son. Mrs Grey has been noticed neighbourhood wide and all throughout Simcity. Her monument was erected in the Modern suburb, Downtown of the city, after her horrific accident that claimed her life. The name "The Grey Women of SimCity" was given to her. Mr Grey Junior has since then used this as a symbol for the school. And still stands tall today!

Cars seen in the picture are only for decoration and not included into the lot. However all cars can be found at MTS2 under Downloads/Automobiles section.
I've only partially furnished the first floor. So you can change the layout if you want, add in more classrooms etc. I had intended each of the floors as following but it's up to you what you do with it in your game:
1st Floor: Hall, Office. Cafeteria and kitchen.
2nd Floor: toilets, (library/computer room) resources centre. And the arts department (music, art and drama) as well.
3rd Floor: 2 actual class rooms.
It will look great in sim movies! So Please send me a link if you do decide to create a film with this lot in it...I'd love to see how you have used it!
Hope you will like this lot. Have fun! I shall make some more lots to go with this one. So if you have any requests or ideas on what whould be a great addition to the set of lots...Please let me know.
I'm going to start off building a sports center (athletics track, gym, grand stands etc.) Then I might build the elementry school for all your little sim kids.
