I made this as part of my Sherlock Holmes project. I intend to use it for the Irregulars; the children of Baker Street. In true Victorian poverty, these children (mostly boys) have no home or running water and hence are filthy.

I didn't want to overdo the dirt though. This is found under Costume Makeup and is for all ages and genders. If you want the full skin (complete with dirty knees!), get it here!.
