All righty, here is my latest fancy home for you guys!

Description:
This is a large house, suitable for a big family. It is two and a half levels, with an open sunken greatroom (make sure you turn object hiding off), a 2 story Master Suite, and a lot of landscaping. It's on a 3x5 lot, and sells for 153,391 simoleons.

Features:
It has 3 bedrooms and 5 baths, plus a nursery. There is a large kichen/nook, a split level greatroom/living room, a sunroom/sitting room, office (you could make it a 4th bedroom though) and loft. The master bedroom and nursery are on the main floor, and the master has a goegeous 2 level window and large attached ensuite. No rec room per se, but there is small basement area attached to the garage with 1 room and space for another bathroom.

This house is partially furnished using Maxi's objects. I used objects from Nightlife, mostly counters and, of course, the garage, so you should have this EP for this lot.

-3 walls (dark red brick, exterior) and 2 floors (one matching dark red brick, one teal carpet) by me.

Both windows are from here - I think it should be ok, but if there is a problem with including them, please let me know and I will remove them.

This has been scanned with Sims2 Clean Installer and contains no hacks, and no recolors.

Notes:
Landscaping: I love how it turned out visually, but in game I expect to see a really peeved gardener waving her sim arms around in frustration. So, if the gardener won't tend the flowers and you have to re-do them, it's basically just random bushes all put on top of each other using <boolprop snapobjectstogrid false> and <moveobjects on>. Makes me wish for a "never have to water the dammmm flowers" hack.

Flaw: In order to get the flat area by the front door, I ended up with a wonk elevation poking out of a wall on the right side garage. Normally I am really meticulous with my elevations and loathe wonky walls of any sort - but to me this was worth the flaw for having the front door area look as it does, especially since the flaw is easily masked by a bush! =P.

Ok, hope you like it!
