Those who work as paramedics or police officers will tell you that those who die of strangulation have eggplant-purple faces, swollen almost beyond recognition.

Well...your correct I'm currently work on a updated version of this skin with purple faces. (swollen faces not included, who am I to tell you how to deform your sim.)
