I made this remode from the ranch retreat, Ilike bigger houses that have a unique look. That way when a sim comes home from the bar he knows where his house is. This has been remodled in a down town setting As with my whole Remod road series. I like city living as it is closer to the action. This particular house is furnished and is a skill builder. Which means your sims can move in start builing there skills for thier jobs so they can make even more money. Of course you can change the furniture to anything you like in your game. Thats the great thing about this game you can pretty much do anything you whant with this house once you download it. So happy simming.
