After making my own doors and windows because Maxis forgot half of them I thought I might use them in a lot. I decided to make a trailer park, and here it is, Leesester Park, trailer apartments to rent.
In order to see the modified doors used in these apartments please install the two door files included in the rar file to your downloads folder. They will not show in the catalog and will not harm your game - they are a sort of replacement for the apartment doors, but you will still have the Maxis doors if you choose to swap them out.

I know that there has been some problems using the apartment doors with steps and small yards, but I used Niols invisible fence to make these work, you can find this fence here on MTS2
YOU MUST HAVE THIS IN THE DOWNLOADS FOLDER FOR THE APARTMENTS TO WORK

There are 4 apartments:
apartment A is 970 simoleons, I see this as an apartment for a pleasure Sim, there is room on the private balcony for a bar, or just to sit and drink coffee in the sunshine - a TV and radio are included in the furnishings. Apartment A is the green apartment.
Apartment B is the smallest of the apartments and is super cheap at 631 simoleons. The TV is wall mounted and the kitchen just has a small fridge and a microwave, this is maybe a good house for a romance or slacker sim. Apartment B is the red apartment. See attached images for screenshot.
Apartment C is the most expensive (1057 simoleons) but is the biggest of the apartments and can be used for a small family - there are 2 toilets, one is off the master bedroom. In addition to the two bedrooms there is a sofa and TV, dining area, galley kitchen (sims can pass each other, fully tested) and a hobby area. The big balcony on this trailer can be used for a workout machine, at the moment I have a chess table there. Apartment C is the yellow apartment.
Apartment D is the luxury apartment and I made this for a rich young Sim who wants a roommate, but you could also put a family in here. This is the blue apartment.
In the corners there are big silos with the trash chutes away from the spacious community area with barbeque, tables and chairs, a chess table, a big telescope, a swing and a toddler playground toy. I left some empty space so if you have freetime you can put a basket ball court there.
I checked these apartments in a seasons version of my game and no problems with snow or rain, all sims seemed happy, I saw no issues - however, because of the small step it is not possible to view the apartment apart from the big apartment C. The privacy windows at a quality suitable for separate upload, and diagonal versions are NOT included in the upload. The windows are part of an upcoming set I have not finished yet. Think of these as a sneak preview.......

press ctrl+shift+c and type
