Mod The Sims - Lawn Signs [For Sale, Garage Sale, For Sale by Owner, Renting]

Hey mts2 ppl! Here's a decorative lawn download for your simmies. You can put them on house lots to make empty lots for sale look realistic, or whatever else. The lawn sign can be found in Decorative > Sculpture or Room > Outside > Decorative. Oh and do not include this object on uploaded lots, you may recolor but link to the mesh here. Thanks all!
