I just downloaded this last night and when I went to install it with Clean Installer it said the file was empty. Must be a corrupt file.

The file is not broken, I downloaded it and it works normally in the game.

Almost 3000 people downloaded this file and it worked just fine, maybe your game is broken or sth I don't know.
