WOW! I went to your redhead creations site and I wish these houses were real because I want to move there with my own friends!

I can't wait to get this into my game because I have some Uni buds who are soon to graduate and now I can keep them together back in town, too! And how come when I furnish with Maxis items, it never quite looks so good...? Oh, thank you! I truly appreciate your vision in creating this row of homes--whenever I try to make a house, it's usually a large box all carved up willy-nilly. I must observe and learn...

I really like townhouses for my single sims and these are exceptional. I especially like them furnished. Thank you.

Very nice! You obviously put a lot of hard work into this! I like that each house is totally unique, and you have put so much detail into each one. Keep it up!

Beautifully done, great layouts, furnishings, landscaping. Reminds me a little of the villas I did a while back. Awesome job, thank you!

Please do not upload any of my lots to the exchange, or any other site.

This is very creative idea and realisation.
It is near perfekt for stories or films, and so on...
Why are the just 4 houses furnished and not all 8?
Your a very creative persons but others not, so the houses will remain empty or very ugly
furnished by amateurs like me^^
good solution to put a simlish sale sign in front of the 4 unfurnished houses.

Thank you all for the comments, it is incredibly appreciated! After working on a project for a long time, you're always nervous about how it is going to be received. I truly thank you for the feedback, it is really encouraging. =)

Theoneandonly: I didn't furnish all eight townhouses for a couple reasons, the biggest being that the file would have been enormous. Also, I think if people want to move in Sims to the unfurnished apartments and aren't good at decorating, they could use the furnished ones as a kind of "blue print" to work off of. They are set up in a way that there really isn't any "ugly" way to furnish them. But thank you for bringing that up in case others were wondering the same thing!

Any other feedback or questions are always welcome!

Absolutely delightful.

Just one quibble. Where on simearth do I find a Sim wealthy enough to buy it?

I believe there is a limit of 8 to the number of Sims one can have on a lot. With 8 units at Mayfair Point you would only be able to have 8 'singles' or 4 'couples or a mix of both.

Unless someone knows of a hack which enable the 8 Sim limit to be overcome?

Sannu, that is correct. =) This lot was designed for 8 single sims. If you did want to move in a couple you could easily combine two of the units, or simply not use one of them.

However, there is a hack that will allow you to have more than 8 sims on a lot on this site (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=101362). I've seen a screenshot where someone had approximately 15-20 sims on one lot. So, if you want to have 8 couples living in the townhouses, it would be possible. =) However, I wouldn't recommend it for people with slower computers or lack of patience!
