:O Wow!! I think this one of the most beautiful houses I have ever seen!! I have tried my hand at building houses and a few community lots but nothing I've made could even come close to this masterpiece. Thank you so much for sharing this with us all. I can't wait to try it out in my game.

This house looks very beautiful...in pictures. Until you try to put it in your neighborhood and realize that it's not actually a beach lot. The pool and such is at a lower level which caused it all to "flood". I tried to manually fix this because I thought the house would be worth it, with no luck. Not only was the house useless to me with the flooding but it caused all nearby spaces to become unavailable for lot placement. I spent a lot of time customizing my neighborhood and now one of my favorite sections is completely unavailable.

If you advertise a lot as "beach" in the future, please make it actually a beach lot using BV. No matter where I put this unlevel lot, it flooded and was not usable. I was so excited until I actually used this. Now I am extremely frustrated and will need to start my neighborhood all over so I can place my lots where I want them and not have to work around the mess your lot created.

This is not a beach lot and was in fact created and posted way before Bon Voyage was ever created. This was never a beach lot, nor was it ever advertised to be a beach lot and furthermore, the little box for special tags was never checked as a beach lot.

I'd advise you to actually read posts before committing them to your neighborhood. You can clearly see the slope of the lot in the pictures. In fact, I even had a warning about the step slope in the post, and warned of it deforming neighborhoods.

I'm sorry that the lot has created issues for you, but I made all of the necessary precautions to inform people who download the lot and don't appreciate your unkind words.

I did read the post. I looked at the pictures and it does look very similar to a beach lot. It said "situated on the ocean" leading me to believe it was a beach lot. I do have some houses in my neighborhood that are not actually beach lots but work well on an edge so that would not have been a problem for me had the landscaping been conformable to any spaces in my neighborhood. I would love this house IF it could be created without all the crazy landscaping in the backyard.

Further more, not once did I use "unkind' words. I'm sorry you feel that feedback that is not a "thanks' post is unkind. I said that no matter where I put the lot it flooded. No lot was capable of properly adapting to the landscaping. I said I was frustrated with the mess it created. My feedback was meant to inform you that sometimes for neighborhoods that are not the exact same as the one you are using, such extreme terrain is a pain in the neck to try to find room for. I have another one of your houses without all the terrain changes and it looks great in my neighborhood. My feedback post was my chance to let you know that maybe downloaders would appreciate such beautiful lots a little more if they could use them. If Tequila Sunrise could be adapted for BV it probably would work fine for me and anyone else and not flood. Take my feedback as constructive criticism and maybe think of the advice when you create a new lot. Your structures are beautiful and it would be nice if they could be accesible for all, not just those with extreme terrains.

heaven_sent: "True" Beach lots only exist in Bon Voyage - since this lot does NOT have the Bon Voyage EP icon ticked and it was created before that EP was ever released, I do not know how you could possibly think that this actually would *be* a Beach Lot.

Please actually look at the download information including the EP flags before assuming things and posting about them as a complaint to the creator. Thank you.
