I tried to download this house but it says error no cookies found. Is there a problem with the download or is there another site I can download it from?

Well the beach is only very small but the lot will look loads better by the sea or right on top of a cliff etc - The beach is only very small anyway!

this is an awesome house and i downloaded it but there is a glitch. If neighbors come to see your sims at the house they cannot leave. I have tried to delete parts but they just will not leave. Is this a problem for all of your downloads as well? And do you know how to fix the house?

I don't watch the O.C. but downloaded the house because it was so well made. Now that Bon Voyage is out, do you plan on re-making it on a beach lot? :D

Can someone please upload this house to another site like rapidshare?
I've been trying to download this whole afternoon, trying every hour but it just doesn't work. I had it on my old computer and really loved it but I need to redownload it in order to have it in my game again.
