Beautiful work, eedgan! Your pristine version is sleek and glamorous but I have to say that I’m enthralled by your Derelict version of it – especially with your colorful rendition of its former “glory.”

Okay - I will admit to doing the trashed version minutes before uploading the real lot! But I too was impressed with the final result, and plan on actually making my sims live in it. It contains a significant amount of custom content... but I will try to upload later this evening!
P.S. Thanks for the nice comments!

eedgan, as always your lots have an interesting story behind! drug dealers and prostitution! and the sad and neglected love of the poor Darren ... Really cool and creative. The dereliction version is absolutely a must have for a realistic neighborhood, but the restored one is brillant. Thank you veeery much! Kiss and merry Xmas :D

WOW.
Beautiful houses!
I love how contemporary-looking the restored one is.
Very nice!

I like BOTH the restored and trashed version as well.
Where did you get all the junk stuffs at the front yard of the trashed version?
I hope you'll be able to upload the trashed version as well if its not too much a bother :D

Thank you for sharing!
Nice work once again! :D
