Never thought of making a series... if there's enough interest in this lot - I'll consider a starter series. Thanks for the nice comments everyone!

Looks just like the apartment complex down the street-and it's used for the same purpose as this once was!

You did an awesome job with it. Thanks a bunch for sharing!

This simply looks perfectly run-down, it has much more character than the restored one, which is also in a way attractiv, though.
Thanks,

Right, this has happened to me a few times, but perhaps you could explain it?

Whenever I download your house (tried three times now) and extract it, a message from WinRAR tells me it is corrupt or damaged?

Hi, please try downloading again. I just d/loaded it now and it extracts fine. I think the corrupt/damaged file message often occurs when there is high volumes of traffic on the site. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I am SO sad, I really want this house and I've tried for three days to get it to download, and after I do I keep getting two "Unexpected end of archives" and one "the file is corrupt." Is there anywhere else that I can PLEASE get this house?

The lot requires Bon Voyage - the custom content used a quite old. I think most of the items that were recoloured were Uni and Base Game items. If you click on one of the links for DumbBlonde - it will tell you exactly what EP's are required.

I am sorry that you are having problems downloading, please try again. I tried downloading it a few minutes ago, and I also got an error message. Then I tried again - it downloaded and extracted fine. And no, the house is not available elsewhere. MTS Exclusive!

?! How’d you manage to sneak this gem under my notice! I was left salivating after I had seen your pic in your Harbor Heights upload and had been waiting around, hanging on the hope that you’d eventually release it. I am so thrilled that you have! Thank you! It’s wonderfull!

I gave several of my sims large amounts of cash. I was going to have them buy and restore the craftsman that comes with the game BUT this wonderfully rundown home has such delightful possibilites. I look forward to restoring!

This house inspired to do some urban decay on the Maxis Craftsman-http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y245/Modya/snapshot_00000001_351b0e5b.jpg

I hope that one day you'll consider doing another house on dry land. :D

Love it! I simply adore these derelict run down lots and would sincerely love to see more of them of this calibre, a series or small town would be to-die-for!
You know I'd love to see more challenges set with these derelict places.

Brilliant work. Thanks for creating and sharing with us.
