Scuse my ignorance, but what does it mean by pregnancy morph? Can sims wear these when they're pregnant?

Yup, if you use a mod that allows your sim to wear anything during pregnancy.

These are awesome however I have a problem. I don't know what could be the reason of that but for me these clothes are using a different mesh :S A one that is similar to the adult bohemian outfit from Free Time, it seems, because it has like a long skirt instead of short dress thing and pants, like it should be. I would really love to use these clothes but I can't because they look really dodgy with an incorrect mesh

I have been having the same problem.
I took pictures of both the front and backside of the sim.





(Sorry if this took up too much room!)

What you need to do, is to go into your Graphic/Performance Options. Make sure your Sim/Object Detail is on HIGH.

This is indeed great. And I am pleased. But why does I get the error message: Unexpected end of.... And inside the package is only 3 files, when I see 4 dresses? I'll get back when I have tried them in my game.
