The current Maxis "patch" for Free Time is supposed to fix this particular bug, but for some people, the "patch" breaks the game, so I'm really, really glad you made this fix. I do not have Free Time installed yet (because of all the bugs and lack of a *proper* patch), but I'm eager to see if it works for other folks.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have this bug on a single lot with a single sim, who happens to have the darkest Maxis skintone. I've not seen this on any other lots or sims, but she is the only one with a gold badge in sewing so far. I will test this and get back to you-- I do not have the patch installed, I believe it was removed not long after EA posted it.

It is? I read the changes included but couldn't find an entry about this bug

Anyway Giggles, if it doesn't work, maybe you need to remade the outfit. I'm not sure if it'll fix the outfits that have been made before you use this fix.

I remember reading on the Sims2 site forums regarding the patch that people were upset the bug wasn't caught earlier in playtesting. I believe the bug was in the "fixed bugs" list, but can't find the list again, sorry.

This fix is for the bug from the sewing machine gold badge outfits from Free Time. I assume when you say you have the problem, you mean with Free Time sewing machine outfits?

So far, this mod works ike a charm. Both the older outfits my sim made and the later ones now appear correctly. Thank you again for making this! I'm not sure what caused the bug in the first place-- although now that I think about it, I do use default replacement skintones. I'm not sure whether that would affect it or not.

Yes, maybe now my alien sims wont look like they are wearing bodysuits!

If you can't get rid of the skeleton in your closet, you'd best teach it to dance.
