Yes.
I submitted it to the staff of MTS2 on the same day, but seem to still take time to upload.
Perhaps it will be uploaded tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
I don't admit a recolor of structure and alpha　now.
Because I do a recolor if it's really necessary, please request it by PM.

Is it the meaning that it use seasons for "as a hat for outerwear?" ?
If you ask a question in this sense, I do not know the method because I do not have seasons.

I found this mod from google, and I thought it was for sims 3 until I clicked it. Aww. Wish it was for TS3 ... if you also do TS3 mods, a sims 3 version would be great. Although I can't use it... it looks awesome!
