This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University
Default Please Help!
I'm new and i dont know how to get my downloaded things on to my game please help!

Create a folder called Downloads in the My documents>EA Games>Sims 2 directory. When you download something, open the zip or rar folder and extract the items in it into the Downloads directory.
You should see them in your game next time you start it up.
