When I connect a garage with a house that has a foundation, technically, the cars in the garage are on the first floor, and all the furniture’s and everything else inside the house (above the foundation) are on the second floor. So usually I’m on the second floor, but then I can’t see the cars, even though there are no tiling in the garage. The only time I can see the cars is when I switch to the very first floor, which is not very pretty because of the foundation. Is there anyway (hacks or cheats) that I can see the cars from the second floor? Thanks.

Go to your game option --> graphical/performce option --> Object-hiding (right bottom corner) --> check on "No".
