I really don't know, it is just a terain. It is easy to make your own though. Also i uploaded the lights to this page, it is attached with the christmas downloads, enjoy!

Yeah i know, The Sims 2 Holiday Party Pack (And The Sims 2 Holiday Edition) i am just making some of my own stuff that might not be in that game.
