The set looks amazing! Definately downloading. Would you mind telling me how you got the raised foundation in a room in your first pic?

Hi Hunni.

First you place a regular foundation. Then you endable the the elevation cheat wit "boolprop constrainfloorelevation false".
Draw up a wall/room that connects to the fountadion. You will se that the foundation raises in the corner where it connects with the wall. No worry.
Go up one floor and use the "flatten terrain tool" and drag it from the center on the foundation out to the walls. The wall should now lower to the same hight as the foundation.
Dissable the elevation cheat with "boolprop constrainfloorelevation true"
now you can add the "2'nd" floors walls.

Good luck in your "raised foundation" building

For more info on split level and a tutorial you can se MikeInside's Split-Level House Tutorial

There are also several wery good tutorials on how to build a split level here on MTS2. You can find them under Build Mode Tutorials
