Thanks a bunch. These are very cute. Do they work for toddler boys as well? I could see a little boy wearing the blue or green one.

No they are just for the girls. It's easy to change though. Open the file in Simpe, select Property Set, change the 1 after gender to a 3, comit and save. That's it.
