Really cute. Victorian style is lovely.
But, just as a sugestion, you could let some space in the lots for people who has Nightlife build a garage. Some Sims, since this possibility appears with NL, are always wanting to buy cars.

Thanks First, I though about building a garage, but in the end i forgot to build one..... *blushed* Next time I will leave some more space, so that a parking lot can be build.
