Thank you galilea. I have to give the credit to darkraven1753 for suggesting Waterhouse's beautiful work and for inspiring me to make this mesh in her honour.

Yes, the frame and the painting are separate so you can put whichever frame you'd like with a painting. You can also delete either a frame or a painting in-game without having those blank thumbnails as I always make the pieces as separate *.package files.

You wouldn't happen to have a Simified copy of John Waterhouse's "The Magic Circle" by any chance, would you? One of my Simmy families is a coven of witches (three good, three evil and a neutral one thrown in just for kicks), and the room where they keep their cauldrons and spellbooks is just screaming for a few copies of The Magic Circle hanging around....
