This is just what i needed for my lower income part of the neighborhood. I just wish that it had a basement. I wouldn't want to add a second floor because I love the roof and want to keep the small scale.

All your starter houses have something about them that just makes you want to download them. Good job

I was thinking about it, too -- but basements are so expensive! But I think I can make something similar (i.e. two houses on a 3x1 lot) with basements, if I keep the price under 20.000 instead of 15.000. Will put it on my list.

You're fantastic! I think I need to rename my neighborhood to Plastic Box View since your homes are scattered throughout the hood. I'm a HUGE fan.

First of all, your houses are great
I was wondering if the Inge Jones' keyholder doors are still available somewhere?

HOW?
You are just plain AMAZING. I fear I shall /never/ understand just how you manage to make two houses on the same lot cost under 15,000 simoleons.
Thanks for putting this up. Superb work on all of your lots!
