thanks for the download i haven't seen one of these hats before

everytime my sims wear an accessory it works im the creat a sim but when i get into the house or community lot it flashes blue does anyone know why? oh ya and i have 1 gb of memory and i just bought a new video card its a good one too i paid 100$ for it but i dont remember the name of it can anyone send a message to my mod page here and let me know please.
