Default Method of returning the horizontal driveway back to normal
I finally found that there's a method to return the horizontal driveway back to normal.
After you built a sideway garage and place the removed tile back, just back to the cummunity screen, move your building area with the hand tool and place it back.
The driveway will back to normal when u enter the area again

* sorry that I can't use the exact right terms coz im playing with the chinese version

Hope this can help you all

So dou you mean, all you have to do is replace the tile then save and go to the neighbourhood screen??
I dont understand what you mean about the hand too in neighbourhood screen????
I'm presuming you mean move the lot to the lots and houses bin, then place it somewhere else in the neighbourhood????
Soooo Is this what you mean?? As I am very interested in the whole sideways garage thing!!!

ya, i mean the neighbourhood screen
and the hand tool, i mean when you build a house in neighbourhood screen, u can use the "hand" to move the existing house/lot
so, if u want to return the driveway back to the normal one, just place back the missing tile, save and return to neighbourhood screen, and use the hand to move the lot, and then place it back
then go into your lot again and you will find the driveway returns to normal

Actually you don't even have to do the recovering of the tile just go to the neighborhood view and move it like you said.
