Great idea,but...what do you mean by saying that I should press Ctrl+Alt to place the frame over the painting?

Your frames are very pretty.

Update: July 2009-I am back now to make invisible and tranparent recolors again in sims 2. You can pm me if you want your objects to be invisible and transparent from now.

These are gorgeous, Shoukeir! And they'll come in handy now that custom paintings are easier with Pets. Thanks for the ctrl-alt tip too. :D

This is nice! These look like real quality frames.

I've seen frames like these before, so I have a question: Do they still show up on the wall even when Object Hiding is on? The last frame like this I downloaded didn't fade with the painting, so when I had my walls down I had a big old frame on the wall obscuring my view. I hope yours is better in this regard.

DEAR GOD! -clings and loves on-

Every time I'm away from the computer, I think "I have to remember to request someone make a frame to hide the godawful ghetto-edge on those paintings.." then I get to the comp and forget to post it. Each of my families paints portraits of each member at each age transition, soon to all be placed in various "Founding Family Museum" lots. I dreaded the thought of slapping a bunch of canvases on the walls. lol

The frames do not show up when you down the walls, just like any default paintings.
