The skintone seems to be by Enayla, but i would also like to know where the gorgeous hair is from.

The dress is amazing! I will make a sim just for that fantstic lacedress!

Oh my god, the detail on the lace and ruffles! Squee!!

HAIR by Kavar http://www.insimenator.net/showthread.php?t=25110 (fixed, oopsy!) I use it on my models a lot lately (yep, it's not the same model ;D same face, though)
SKIN by Enayla indeed, it's the Cold Light one. Her awesome skins can be found on MTS2, just search her username.


Oh and about the model, maybe I'll upload her someday along with recommandations on costum content which looks good on her
