It's pre-Pets BodyShop, since items made with Pets BodyShop are not backwards-compatible. Here are some posts about this issue, and other issues related to creating items with the Pets expansion installed:

Very nice! Your sim is absolutely gorgeous.. would you ever consider uploading her? I understand if not.. a lot of people don't like to upload their sims.

I love all of the eyes, but I find the blue ones 2nd down farthest to the left the most eye catching. Great job!
