OMG! There was a show called The Littlest Hobo? AND I NEVER KNEW THIS? I spent a good year obsessed with hobos. The shirt is an instant favorite!

Well it wasn't exactly about hobos, April. It was about a German Shepherd dog who roamed from place to place helping people. The dog was the "hobo". It's a classic Canadian show from the 80s and still reruns here Saturday mornings. :D
