This house it's breathtaking. You've definately captured the modern aesthetic. The angles are just right and the furniture is all in it's right space. Congratulations on an amazing lot.

this house is amazing! *hugs*

Did Kurt Cobain kill himself? Well let's see
  • his wife offered someone $50,000 to kill him 3 months before his death
  • he had 3 times the lethal does of heroin; he couldn't have shot himself
Doesn't sound like suicide to me

Thank you everyone!!

First of all, did you download the unfurnished version? Also, the corner bath and shower unit is in my credits, it's by Mickyss from this site. The home cinema screen is from SIMcredible design.

Both of which are very nice objects, thanks again to the creators!!

Toasted-Toilet ---- You need to turn reflections on for the floors to work!!!

I had the same problem and it's really annoying. I'm going to move my sim out of there though I don't want to because I can't stand looking at it.

My suggestion is to TURN ON REFLECTIONS, or delete the floors. They just go over the normal floor. The reflective floors are an object, so use the grab tool to delete them. That way you don't have them if the reflections aren't working!!

When you're at the house, you need to click the button where you can save and exit, etc. (F5) then if you'll notice to the right there are 6 more buttons. I can't remember which button you click on, but just browse through each button and you'll find in one of them the option to turn reflections on or off. Click on, then you should be good to go. Hope this helps!!

Zggs3 and michellealtink,
maybe your graphics card can't handle the reflections.
My only other suggestion would be to download Sims2Pack Clean Installer here
http://sims2pack.modthesims2.com/index.php?page=3
Then open Serona Modern with Sims2Pack Clean Installer,
You can then deselect the reflective floors, and they will be removed form the lot, then there hopefully won't be any problems.

Please do not re-upload my houses or Sims anywhere, even if it is just refurnished.

If you didn't read in the post, I just updated this house so that it is available without the reflective floors, but the rest is still furnished. So if you had problems with the floors, just delete the version that didn't work and download the No-reflections one.
Thanks you,
