Wheres the hats and the side chain? No disrespect, but these are not zoot suits. But maybe this is a European version because its definitely not American

Wait, a minute! Zoot suits in the 1920s? That doesn't surprise me. But I am familiar with zoot suits that were popular back in the 1940s!
