Default Placing walls on the 2-tile lot boarder?
Ok, quick question -- hoping to get a quick answer.

Is there any way to build walls on the 2 tile "no man's zone" boarder surrounding a lot? To my knowledge, "move_objects on" and "boolprop locktiles" doesn't do it.
