I don't believe that would work, since all a mesh rug does is cover over the shadow, it doesn't actually remove it. One nice thing, the mesh rugs I tested with (Echo/Windkeeper meshes) seem to fall in height between the groundshadow and the character shadow, so while the character shadow gets covered, the object shadow remained visible.

Do you have to be a vamp?

I'm Bored!

No, non-vampires can also use it as a bed. Not a particularly comfortable one, mind you, but it functions like a single bed for regular humans.

Thanks, This is awesome, but it's only usable for vampires, is there any way you could mod it? Thanks again!

See post directly above your post, onp36 - it already is usable by humans. I used a human in testing it when making it, so I am 100% sure on that fact.

However, as with all beds, they must of course be tired enough to be able to sleep.

I think I may use this for a Sim some who wishes to meet their grandchildren but doesn't have a lot of time left...

I don't get why so many Simmers hate Marsha Bruenig. She actually grows up to be quite pretty if you allow her to.

Whenever their energy need goes all the way up they get out, Why do you say it will preserve them if it doesn't, that is very misleading.

I apologize for my outburst earlier, I know this is not because of you, it's because of a certain expansion that I have. Could you update that please?

Could someone, anyone at least respond to my posts? I am getting very sick of being ignored in every single one of my posts!!! Everyone else gets their questions answered, why not me? I want to know why on earth it does not work?! What expansion pack do I need?!

Lestatdelion, it's probably only supposed to look like a freezer, not actually preserve your Sims. That's just my guess though. There is a hack here on MTS2 that allows you to turn individual aging on and off though.
