I just love these meals and love how cool your chefs look all dressed up in style.

The sim gets it if he reaches the top of the culinary career track.

However you can get them also when you create a sim in CAS.
In your neighborhood view bring up the cheat console by pressing "CTRL+SHIFT+C" and type in "Boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled True" and press enter.
Go to CAS to create a new sim as you always do and once you are in there press "SHIFT+N".
A message will say you are in debug mode and now you can select every outfit the game has for your sim.
Once you are done and again in the neighborhood view, press again "CTRL+SHIFT+C" and type in "Boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled False".
That way debug mode is turned off again.
Be careful about reading health books. You may die of a misprint.

Thanks I have tons of foods but these are so cute I just had to add them. I have found some of my foods needed to be removed because they stay on the stove and can't be taken off so I have to sell the stove and buy a new one. These look very cute and I look forward to seeing them in my game, Thanks.
