oooh yay! I was downtown thinking about something like that. I wanted to make some of those houses because they are just so victorian and cute. (other's kinda looked haunted) but I knew I couldn't because it wouldn't look right without the detailed cornice. Sooo... Yay, and thank you very much.

Perfect! I can never have too much variety when it comes to little architectural details like this.

I'vealways been fan of mouldings: egg & dart, dentils, frets etc etc.

And this will definitely go straight to my downloads folder.

Oh, one thing, what is thatyou used on the picture as a baseboard? The base part of your house looks so intricate & detailed!

I hope you can also share that with us.

Again, THANK YOU for this wonderful creation!

Romeo

That's me, silly. Not a sim. But uh, if you're into me, good. If not, whatever.

This is lovely, what is your policy concerning uploading this item with houses?

Thanks for all the positive comments, guys and gals!

@ Christine11778: I'm fine w/ people including my uploads in houses. That's why I make them! ^_^

@ Romeo: The baseboard I used is a Maxis one that I can't remember the name of. It is under the wall/stone section, and it looks rather plain except for the top part of it. It's really my favourite for foundations.

The cornice is wonderful and looks great in game.............thankyou
However, I was going to make a couple of recolours to share but I can't get it to show up in simpe. The only thing that comes up in resource tree is AllRes (0)
Could you check it out please, sorry to be a pain :lovestruc

Hey, cameronsnan!

You can't really recolor fences. What you'll have to do is clone the fence and import a new texture file. After you clone it, it's basically the same process as making recolors.

Can't wait to see your creations!

Thanks for this great build item! It's just the type of thing I will use over and over. I love the white-ish color, that's my favorite but I can't wait to see some recolors too!!

Where can I download that door?
I have little imagination and would like to "borrow" the idea of matching the door and cornice. They look good together. Both very beautiful.
