Strikerx: no they will not replace existing items or downloads....each item has been created with a unique, registered GUID as stated above. So they are their own objects.

Are you guys still having problems? I see them and clicked on the downloads and had no problems opening. Let me know if you continue having difficulties and I'll try to re-upload.

i saw them and downloaded both of them ..thanx for them .....i just started adding laundry rooms to my houses and man ...i didnt know i was missing the laundry in my house but now i see them and now i know that i was missing them .......now the houses look more complete ...some o have put in the basements and soo cool
