These sound really cool, but I almost passed on them! With the dark photo I couldn't really make them out at first and I thought the wall lamps were part of it or something? Any chance on a better photo to showcase the candlesticks? Thanks for sharing them with us!!

Sorry, I don't have WinRAR yet. Just have Winzip. Need to thrust myself out of the "stoneage", lol. Will probably have in about a week or so, keep checking back.

Default A problem
I too, have been unable to install the file with Sims2Pack Clean installer.

Error message is "Version required to extract this entry not supported (21)"

PS - Don't panic, it seems to be fine if the "candlesticks" folder is uncompressed first and put elsewhere (such as the desktop). Use WinRAR to open the download - then double click on the folder and extract the 5 package files only to a new folder on your desktop. After that the Installer no longer objects to any of the 5 packages if you point it to your new Desktop folder.

PPS - I suspect that the problem is that Kim has included the Thumbnails file in the Candlesticks folder.

Hope this helps

These are not showing up in my game. I also got an error message when extracting...are they working for anyone? I really like them!

Try manually extracting them. Just click on the folder and then on the candlestick folder inside and cut and paste into your download folder. p.s. don't cut and paste the thumbnail file.

Okay, try it now. I took out the Thumbs. I didn't realize that I had put it in there with the rest. Need to start double checking that stuff. Now why it's not showing up in your game though. I cloned it from the candles in the game & made sure it worked in mine. I hope they do, they should show up in the same place as the regular candles that came with the game. deco/ misc.

The look great but won't extract! I've tried everything, they are stuck in the zip file :o(

Manually open the zip file. Delete the thumbnail file if you have the original KimT uploaded. Then take the whole candlestick file that is in the zip and place it in your download folder. cut and paste. That should work.

Thank you chandonsparkles. I'm not very good explaining things to anyone. At least that's what my kids tell me.
