what a gorgeous house. too bad you need the EPs for it. i use a mac and so the EPs aren't available yet..

Okay first off, like many other people, i usually build my own houses cus to be honest i cant be bothered with all the "motherlode"-ing, but my own houses always come out looking so, wats the word ... oh yeah crap! and when i saw the pictures of yours i thought OMG I HAV GOT TO DOWNLOAD THIS AND IT WILL SO BE WORTHY OF ALL THAT "MOTHERLODE"-ING!!!!!!!!!! THANX SO MUCH!

Truely beautiful. I also build myself but the stairs and the pool are most excellent. Thanks for all your hard work, and the plantation in Gone With The Wind is called Tara.

It's pretty bad when you have the sim song stuck on your mind!!!!

I've been looking for a house like this for a LONG time (since the sims1). I tried to build a southern style house myself, but I gave up. (I'm hopeless at building!

) The staircase makes it! Absolutely beautiful!!! I admire your talent.
