yeah, i know, but i don't want to ruin it. BTW i've modded it a few times. For instance a eco-friendly version, i'm planning to make a cheap version and a rediculously expensive version, all in a neighborhood called Oceanic(I made it myself.) I still haven't uploaded to the site anything, because i had to get EPs and now i'm waiting for Appartament life. Once that comes out i will upload about 10 lots i'm still perfecting at the moment. For now i am working on a one level cottage. Lot size: 3x3 and complete with a family. Oh and i encountered a problem with the piano in the lot you made. When i tell a sim to practice playing on the piano, the slected sim says, that there is not enough leg room. The only way to fix this, without altering the base structure of the building(s) is to swap the places of the aquarium and the piano.

i have to say this is perfect for apartments!
